Orders must arrive within 5-10 business days after payment is received. Teresa Jaldón will provide you with the tracking number and shipping company contact information as needed. All items are unique and handmade, resulting in a longer production process than fast fashion brands. In addition, the delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Teresa Jaldón is not responsible for delays of your package during delivery, as you have no control over this.

Lost or damaged items
You understand and accept that Teresa Jaldón will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused by the shipment must be assumed by you with the shipping company. Teresa Jaldon will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as a customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We assume no responsibility for lost packages.

Refunds and exchanges
Customers cannot return items for free. They have a max of 3 days for the return of the garment and in perfect condition. The reason we do this is to help minimize returns and environmental impact. Both the returned item (s) and the packaging must be unused as a condition, if the product packaging is damaged, we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise.
In the event of an error on our part and a return is necessary, returns must be sent by post, not express delivery.
We work with limited stock and also make custom items. Therefore, our delivery time is longer than regular fashion brands. We do our best to keep our web store as up to date as possible. Although our online stock is automatically updated, there is always the possibility that ordered items marked “available” are not available in the desired size and / or are out of stock. Teresa Jaldon will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and will give you alternative options if possible.
